This contest will be for the most creative/interesting use of belts and/or belting purchased from a specific selection at Kay Fabric Center. For this contest, all belts and belting in the specific selection will be 80% off regular price.

1. The finished object/garment may be useful, wearable or decorative or anything in-between.

2. Materials purchased from any store or materials from your supplies at home may be added to the basic belts/belting from Kay’s. The finished project may use any amount from a little to a lot of belts/belting, as long as some belts/belting from Kay’s are in the finished project.

3. The finished project must be suitable for all people, including children, to view, therefore G-rated.

4. The entry deadline will be February 1, 2009, at 12 noon, and the winner will be announced at 1:00 PM the same day. You do not have to be present to win.

5. The only entry requirement will be the receipt showing that the basic materials were purchased at Kay’s.

6. All entries will be displayed in the store for two weeks. A photo of the winning project and the winner’s name will be posted on this site. 

7. The prize will be a gift certificate in the amount of $50 (fifty dollars) from Kay Fabric Center.
